قال وزير المالية الإسرائيلي المتطرف بتسلئيل سموتريتش إنه أُبلغ بأن المحكمة الجنائية الدولية قدمت طلبا لإصدار مذكرة توقيف بحقه.

وبين سموتريتش أن محاولات فرض سياسة "الانتحار الأمني" من خلال العقوبات وأوامر الاعتقال لن تنجح.

وأضاف أن مذكرات اعتقال المحكمة الجنائية الدولية بحق المسؤولين الإسرائيليين بمثابة "إعلان حرب"

وعلق بالقول "المحكمة الجنائية الدولية لا ترهبني وأنا على استعداد لدفع الثمن لخدمة شعبي".

ولفت إلى أن السلطة الفلسطينية أشعلت الحرب وستواجه الحرب، مهددا بتوقيع أمر بإخلاء قرية الخان الأحمر الفلسطينية في الضفة الغربية.
