أحبطت المنطقة العسكرية الشرقية فجر اليوم الثلاثاء على واجهتها محاولة تهريب كمية من المواد المخدرة محملة بواسطة بالونات موجهة الكترونياً، اذ جرى رصدها من قبل وحدات حرس الحدود بالتنسيق مع الأجهزة الأمنية وإدارة مكافحة المخدرات، وتم والتعامل معها وإسقاطها وحمولتها داخل الأراضي الأردنية، و تحويل المضبوطات إلى الجهات المختصة لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
