تتواصل فعاليات برنامج التايكواندو في مديرية شباب العاصمة، في كل من مركز شباب سحاب، ومركز شباب وشابات الجيزة، ومركز شباب وشابات ناعور، ومركز شباب القويسمة، بالتعاون مع الاتحاد الأردني للتايكواندو، وبمشاركة مجموعة من اليافعين والشباب ضمن الفئة العمرية (12–17) عاماً.

ويأتي تنفيذ البرنامج ضمن البرامج التدريبية التي تنفذها وزارة الشباب في المراكز الشبابية، بهدف تنمية المهارات الفنية والبدنية لدى المشاركين، وتعزيز اللياقة البدنية ومهارات الدفاع عن النفس، إلى جانب ترسيخ قيم الانضباط والثقة بالنفس والالتزام.

ويشهد البرنامج تفاعلاً من المشاركين خلال التدريبات العملية التي تُنفذ بإشراف مدربين مختصين، ضمن بيئة تدريبية تسهم في تطوير قدراتهم الرياضية وصقل مهاراتهم في رياضة التايكواندو ، استعداداً للمشاركة في البطولات والفعاليات الرياضية المقبلة.
