عبر رئيس الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم جياني انفانتينو عن حماسته لمشاركة المنتخب الوطني الأردني في نهائيات كأس العالم 2026 لكرة القدم، وذلك عبر منشور على حسابه الرسمي في منصة "إنستغرام".

وأشار انفانتينو إلى أن المنتخب الوطني سيخوض ظهوره الأول في تاريخ البطولة، مرحبًا بمشاركة "النشامى" في النسخة المقبلة التي تستضيفها الولايات المتحدة وكندا والمكسيك.

كما تضمن المنشور مواعيد مباريات المنتخب الوطني في دور المجموعات، حيث يواجه منتخب النمسا يوم 16 حزيران، ثم الجزائر يوم 22 حزيران، قبل أن يختتم مبارياته أمام الأرجنتين يوم 27 من الشهر ذاته.
