إحالة المعتدي على معلم في الأغوار الشمالية للقضاء بعد توقيفه بالأحداث

كشف متصرف لواء الأغوار الشمالية، الدكتور خالد الكساسبة، عن مستجدات حادثة الاعتداء التي تعرض لها أحد المعلمين يوم أمس باستخدام أداة حادة، مؤكداً أن الطالب المعتدي موقوف منذ لحظة وقوع الحادثة لدى قسم الأحداث التابع للجهات الأمنية.

وبين الكساسبة أنه جرى اليوم إحالة الطالب إلى القضاء لاتخاذ المقتضى القانوني بحقه، مشدداً على أن السلطات الإدارية والأمنية تتابع القضية باهتمام بالغ لضمان سيادة القانون وحماية الكوادر التعليمية من أي اعتداءات تمس كرامتهم أو سلامتهم الجسدية.

وأشار المتصرف إلى أن لواء الأغوار الشمالية يولي المؤسسات التربوية تقديراً عالياً، وأن مثل هذه التصرفات الفردية سيتم التعامل معها بحزم وفق الأطر القانونية المتبعة، لافتاً إلى استمرار التنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة لمتابعة الحالة الصحية للمعلم وضمان سير العدالة.
