هيئة بحرية: مقذوف مجهول أصاب ناقلة بضائع قبالة سواحل قطر

ذكرت هيئة عمليات التجارة البحرية البريطانية، الأحد، أن ناقلة "بضائع سائبة" أبلغت عن تعرضها للاستهداف بمقذوف مجهول خلال إبحارها على بعد 23 ميلا بحريا إلى الشمال الشرقي من العاصمة القطرية الدوحة.

وأضافت الهيئة أن المقذوف تسبب في اندلاع حريق صغير وتم إخماده وأن قبطان السفينة لم يبلغ عن وقوع إصابات أو تأثير بيئي بسبب الواقعة.

وتجري السلطات تحقيقا لمعرفة مصدر المقذوف.

وتلقت السفن في المنطقة إرشادات بتوخي الحذر وإبلاغ الهيئة عن أي أنشطة مشبوهة.
