صدور قانون معدل لقانون السير لسنة 2026

صدر في عدد الجريدة الرسمية الأخير، قانون رقم (10) لسنة 2026، القانون المعدل لقانون السير، بعد أن صادق عليه جلالة الملك عبدالله الثاني، استنادًا لأحكام المادة (31) من الدستور، وبناءً على ما أقرّه مجلسا الأعيان والنواب.

ويقضي القانون بأن يُسمى "قانون معدل لقانون السير لسنة 2026"، ويُقرأ مع قانون السير رقم (49) لسنة 2008 وتعديلاته كقانون واحد، على أن يُعمل به بعد مرور 30

يومًا من تاريخ نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.

وبموجب التعديل، جرى تعديل المادة (7) من القانون الأصلي، بحيث تم إضافة بند جديد يجيز لغايات تنفيذ أحكامها، استخدام وسائل الاتصال الإلكتروني والمرئي والمسموع، إضافة إلى التوقيع الإلكتروني، لتمكين الكاتب العدل من أداء المهام المنصوص عليها في المادة.
