تعديل نسبة الرسوم الجمركية على المشروبات الكحولية يشمل منطقة العقبة

أعلنت الجمارك الأردنية عن إجراء تعديل على نظام الضريبة الخاصة والرسوم الجمركية المفروضة على المشروبات الكحولية وربطها بشكل تصاعدي بحسب نسبة الكحول في المنتج وذلك بهدف الانسجام مع الممارسات الدولية المعمول بها.

وأكدت الجمارك أن التعديل يشمل كذلك المشروبات الكحولية التي تُباع ضمن منطقة العقبة الاقتصادية الخاصة حيث سيتم استيفاء ذات الرسوم والضرائب المقررة عليها اعتباراً من تاريخ صدور التعليمات بتاريخ 6/5/2026.

ويأتي هذا الإجراء في إطار تنظيم آليات استيفاء الرسوم والضرائب بما يحقق العدالة الضريبية ويعزز من وضوح الإجراءات المتبعة وفق الأنظمة والتعليمات النافذة.
