قال الرئيس الفرنسي إيمانويل ماكرون، الأربعاء، إنه أجرى مزيدا من المحادثات مع الرئيس الإيراني مسعود بزشكيان، أكد خلالها مجددا على أهمية السماح بحرية الملاحة في مضيق هرمز.

وأضاف ماكرون أنه شجع الرئيس الإيراني على النظر في خطط فرنسا وبريطانيا لتشكيل بعثة دولية لوضع الأسس اللازمة للمرور الآمن عبر مضيق هرمز.

وتابع "دعوت الرئيس الإيراني لاغتنام هذه الفرصة، وأعتزم مناقشة هذا الموضوع مع الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب".
