تعهد رئيس أركان الجيش الإسرائيلي إيال زامير من جنوب لبنان، الأربعاء، باغتنام "كل فرصة" لإضعاف حزب الله، مؤكدا أن الجيش الإسرائيلي مستعد لشن هجوم جديد ضد إيران.

وقال زامير للجنود في بلدة الخيام الحدودية في جنوب لبنان "سنغتنم كل فرصة لتعميق تفكيك حزب الله ومواصلة إضعافه"، وذلك بحسب بيان عسكري.

وأضاف أن الجيش "في حالة تأهب قصوى ليعاود عملية قوية وواسعة من شأنها أن تُمكّننا من تعميق إنجازاتنا ومواصلة إضعاف النظام الإيراني".
