أعلنت الولايات المتحدة الأميركية، اليوم الثلاثاء، أنها قامت بصياغة مشروع قرار لمجلس الأمن الدولي يهدف إلى الدفاع عن حرية الملاحة في مضيق هرمز.

وأشارت وزارة الخارجية، في بيان صحفي، إلى أن مشروع القرار يلزم إيران بوقف الهجمات، وعمليات زرع الألغام، وفرض رسوم العبور؛ كما يطالبها بالإفصاح عن أعداد ومواقع الألغام البحرية التي قامت بزرعها، والتعاون مع الجهود الرامية إلى إزالتها، فضلاً عن دعم إنشاء ممر إنساني.

وأضاف البيان أن الولايات المتحدة تتطلع إلى طرح مشروع القرار هذا للتصويت عليه خلال الأيام المقبلة، وإلى الحصول على دعم أعضاء مجلس الأمن وقاعدة واسعة من الدول المشاركة في رعايته.
