ذكرت وكالة الجمهورية الإسلامية الإيرانية للأنباء (إرنا) اليوم الثلاثاء أن حريقا اندلع في مركز تجاري غربي العاصمة طهران، دون أن تذكر مزيدا من التفاصيل.

وأفادت وكالة أنباء فارس شبه الرسمية لاحقا بأن سبب الحريق لم يتضح بعد.

ونشرت وسائل إعلام إيرانية، من بينها وكالة فارس، مقطع فيديو يُظهر تصاعد عمود كثيف من الدخان من موقع الحادث. ولم يتسن لرويترز التحقق من صحة مقطع الفيديو بشكل مستقل.

جاء ذلك في ظلّ تصاعد التوتر بين إيران والولايات المتحدة على خلفية إغلاق مضيق هرمز، وتزامنا مع هجمات إيرانية استهدفت مواقع في الإمارات.
