أعلنت وزارة الدفاع الأميركية، الجمعة، إبرام اتفاقات مع 7 شركات تكنولوجيا تتيح لها استعمال برامجها للذكاء الاصطناعي في عمليات سرية تشمل تخطيط المهام وتحديد أهداف الأسلحة.

وأوضح البنتاغون في بيان، أن الشركات التي اتفق معها هي "سبيس إكس"، الشركة الأم لمختبر الذكاء الاصطناعي "إكس إيه آي"، و"أوبن إيه آي"، و"غوغل"، و"إنفيديا"، و"ريفليكشن"، و"مايكروسوفت"، وشركة "إيه دبليو إس" التابعة لشركة "أمازون" والمتخصصة في الحوسبة السحابية.

ولم تشمل الاتفاقات شركة "أنثروبيك" التي تخوض نزاعا مع الوزارة.
