قال المرشد الأعلى الإيراني آية الله مجتبى خامنئي في رسالة مكتوبة الخميس إن الولايات المتحدة هُزمت في حربها على إيران.

وأضاف خامنئي في الرسالة التي تليت عبر التلفزيون الرسمي "اليوم، وبعد شهرين من أكبر تحرك عسكري واعتداء من قبل القوى المتغطرسة في المنطقة وهزيمة أميركا المخزية، تتشكل مرحلة جديدة للخليج الفارسي ومضيق هرمز".
