أعلنت وزارة الاقتصاد الرقمي والريادة، الخميس، عن انقطاع مؤقت سيطرأ على خدمات مركز الاتصال الوطني، من الساعة الثامنة مساءً وحتى الساعة الثامنة صباحا من يوم الجمعة.

وقالت الوزارة، في بيان صحفي، إن الانقطاع يأتي لغايات تنفيذ تحديثات فنية مجدولة على أنظمة مركز الاتصال الوطني، ضمن جهودها المستمرة لتطوير البنية التحتية الرقمية.

وأضافت أن هذه التحديثات تهدف إلى تحسين جودة الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين، وتعزيز كفاءة الاستجابة، بما يضمن تجربة استخدام أفضل.

وأشارت الوزارة إلى أن خدمات مركز الاتصال ستعود إلى طبيعتها فور الانتهاء من أعمال التحديث.
