هاجمت قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلية سفن أسطول الحرية المتوجه لغزة.

وقال منظمو الأسطول الذي يحتوي على مساعادت لقطاع غزة اليوم الخميس إن إسرائيل اعترضت سفنا في المياه الدولية قرب اليونان، مستنكرين هذه الخطوة التي وصفوها ‌بأنها “استفحال لإفلات إسرائيل من العقاب”.

وأبحر أسطول ثان يحمل مساعدات إنسانية للفلسطينيين في غزة من برشلونة في إسبانيا في 12 أبريل نيسان، في محاولة لكسر الحصار الإسرائيلي.

وأوضحت مبادرة (أسطول الصمود العالمي) أن إسرائيل سيطرت على السفن على بعد مئات الأميال ⁠من غزة.
