أحبطت المنطقة العسكرية الشرقية فجر اليوم الاربعاء على واجهتها، محاولة تهريب كمية كبيرة من المواد المخدرة محملة بواسطة بالونات موجهة إلكترونياً، إذ تمكنت وحدات حرس الحدود، من خلال المراقبة، من رصدها والتعامل معها واسقاط حمولتها داخل الأراضي الأردنية بالتنسيق مع الأجهزة الأمنية وإدارة مكافحة المخدرات وتم تحويل المضبوطات إلى الجهات المختصة لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
