عممت هيئة الإعلام على المطبوعات الصحفية والإلكترونية ومحطات البث الإذاعي والتلفزيوني ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، اليوم الاثنين، بكتاب نائب عام محكمة الجنايات الكبرى رقم "2026 ض ن"، تاريخ 2026/4/27، والمتضمن قرار حظر النشر في القضية التحقيقية رقم (2026/546)، وموضوعها (قضية قتل أب لأبنائه الثلاثة).

وأكدت الهيئة ضرورة الالتزام بعدم نشر أو إعادة نشر أو تداول أي معلومات أو صور أو "فيديوهات" تتعلق بالقضية أو مجريات التحقيق فيها، لما في ذلك من أثر سلبي على التحقيق، وذلك تحت طائلة المساءلة الجزائية.
