موافقة على ثاني إصدار صكوك إسلامية خاصة قابلة للتداول في بورصة عمّان

وافق مجلس مفوضي هيئة الأوراق المالية على ثاني إصدار من نوعه للقطاع الخاص للشريحة الأولى من صكوك المضاربة المقيدة القابلة للتداول في بورصة عمان لشركة بندار للتمويل الإسلامي بقيمة 10 ملايين دينار.

ويأتي القرار استمرارا لتحفيز سوق إصدارات الصكوك الإسلامية الذي يوفر خيارات تمويلية و استثمارية متنوعة، انسجاما مع رؤية التحديث الاقتصادي، وضمن خطة الشركة لإصدارات متعددة على شرائح بإجمالي 100 مليون دينار أردني.
