قال الجيش الكويتي إن طائرتين مسيرتين انطلقتا من العراق استهدفتا، الجمعة، مركزين حدوديين في الشمال، مما تسبب في أضرار مادية دون وقوع إصابات.

وقال المتحدث باسم وزارة الدفاع سعود عبد العزيز العطوان في بيان "استهدف صباح اليوم موقعان من المراكز الحدودية البرية الشمالية لدولة الكويت، بهجوم عدواني آثم بواسطة عدد (اثنين) طائرة درون مفخخة، موجهة بسلك الألياف الضوئية، قادمة من العراق، مما أسفر عن أضرار مادية، دون تسجيل أي إصابات بشرية".
