انطلاق برنامج "التطوع الأخضر" في اربد

انطلق في مركز شباب وشابات كفر الماء المدمج، اليوم الأحد، برنامج "التطوع الأخضر"، الذي تنفذه وزارة الشباب بالتعاون مع منظمة اليونيسف.
ويهدف البرنامج الذي جاء بمشاركة 30 شابا وشابة من منتسبي المركز ضمن الفئة العمرية من (15–17 عاما) إلى تعزيز دور الشباب في مواجهة التغير المناخي وترسيخ مفاهيم الاقتصاد الأخضر ورفع مستوى الوعي بالقضايا البيئية المختلفة.
وتضمن البرنامج الذي قدمته المدربة الدكتورة فاطمة خريسات، جلسات تدريبية تناولت أساسيات التغير المناخي وأسبابه وآثاره إلى جانب مناقشة تأثيراته على البيئة والتنوع الحيوي والصحة العامة وتعزيز مفهوم المواطنة البيئية.
ويأتي تنفيذ البرنامج ضمن جهود وزارة الشباب في تمكين الشباب وتعزيز مشاركتهم الفاعلة في حماية البيئة وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة.
