إغلاق طريق المرج في الكرك بالاتجاهين لتنفيذ التلفريك

أغلقت مديرية أشغال محافظة الكرك الثلاثاء الطريق المؤدي الى منطقة المرج وبالعكس بشكل مؤقت أمام حركة السير في كلا الاتجاهين بسبب الأعمال المتعلقة بإنشاء التلفريك حفاظا على سلامة المواطنين ومرتادي الطريق.

ودعت مديرية أشغال الكرك السائقين إلى استخدام الطرق البديلة والتقيد بالإرشادات المرورية إلى حين الانتهاء من الأعمال وإعادة فتح الطريق.

ووجه جلالة الملك عبدالله الثاني في 2 تشرين الثاني 2025، الحكومة لإنشاء مشروع تلفريك في الكرك، لتعزيز النشاط السياحي، وإثراء تجارب زوار المواقع الأثرية.

وكان محافظ الكرك قال في شباط 2026، إنّ مشروع التلفريك في المحافظة، دخل مراحل التنفيذ النهائية بعد متابعة دقيقة للفريق الأردني الذي نفذ سابقا مشروع "تليفريك عجلون".
