أحبطت المنطقة العسكرية الشرقية، الثلاثاء، على واجهتها وضمن منطقة مسؤوليتها محاولتي تهريب كمية كبيرة من المواد المخدرة محملة بواسطة بالونات موجهة الكترونياً.

وجرى رصد محاولات التهريب من قبل وحدات حرس الحدود والتعامل معها وإسقاطها وحمولتها داخل الأراضي الأردنية بالتنسيق مع الأجهزة الأمنية وإدارة مكافحة المخدرات وتم تحويل المضبوطات إلى الجهات المختصة لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
