قال وزير الخارجية الإسباني خوسيه مانويل ألباريز، الجمعة، إنه طلب من نظيره الإيراني عباس عراقجي أن تخوض طهران "بحسن نية" المفاوضات المرتقبة مع الولايات المتحدة في باكستان.

وأوضح الوزير في تصريحات للصحفيين "أشجّع إيران، وهذا ما نقلته إلى وزير الخارجية الإيراني، على المشاركة في تلك المفاوضات والانخراط فيها بحسن نية"، مضيفا أنه طلب منه خلال الاتصال الذي جرى "أول من أمس"، أن توقف طهران "كل عمليات إطلاق الصواريخ والطائرات المسيّرة" نحو دول المنطقة.

وجدد ألباريز انتقاد إسرائيل بسبب استمرار هجماتها على لبنان، معتبرا أن ما يحصل في "لبنان وصمة على ضمير الإنسانية. إن مستوى العنف، وانتهاك القانون الدولي والقانون الدولي الإنساني من جانب إسرائيل، أمر غير مقبول".
