قالت منظمة الصحة العالمية الخميس إن بعض المستشفيات في لبنان قد تنفد لديها مستلزمات الإسعافات الأولية المنقذة للحياة خلال أيام وذلك نتيجة لنقص الإمدادات بعد الخسائر البشرية الكبيرة التي خلفتها الغارات الإسرائيلية واسعة النطاق خلال اليوم السابق.

وقال عبد الناصر أبوبكر ممثل منظمة الصحة العالمية في لبنان لرويترز "هناك نقص في بعض مستلزمات علاج الإصابات، وقد تنفد خلال أيام قليلة".

وأضاف أن مستلزمات الإسعافات الأولية المنقذة للحياة تشمل الضمادات والمضادات الحيوية والمسكنات لعلاج المصابين بجروح ناجمة عن الحرب.
