ندّدت اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر الأربعاء بـ"الموت والدمار" في مناطق ذات كثافة سكانية في لبنان، بعد ضربات عنيفة شنّتها إسرائيل.

وجاء في بيان للجنة "أي اتفاق شامل بشأن المنطقة يجب أن يأخذ في الاعتبار سلامة المدنيين في لبنان وحمايتهم وكرامتهم".

ولفت البيان إلى أن الناس يحتاجون "بإلحاح إلى متنفّس من العنف بعد أكثر من خمسة أسابيع من الأعمال القتالية".
