التلهوني: اعتباراً من اليوم يمكن للمواطنين مراجعة أي كاتب عدل دون التقيد بمكان السكن

قال وزير العدل الدكتور بسام سمير التلهوني انه أصبح بأمكان المواطنين مراجعة أي كاتب عدل في المملكة لأتمام معاملاتهم بعد دخول القانون المعدل لقانون الكاتب العدل لسنة 2025 حيّز التنفيذ اليوم و نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.

و بين التلهوني أن القانون قبل تعديله كان يمنع المواطن من تنظيم معاملته إلا من خلال الكاتب العدل الذي يتبع له مكان اقامته ، وأن التعديل الجديد قد سهل على المواطنين تماشياً مع التوجيهات والرؤية الملكية السامية.
