رفضت القيادة العسكرية المركزية الإيرانية السبت، تهديد الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب بتدمير البنى التحتية الحيوية للبلاد إذا لم تبرم اتفاقا يضع حدا للحرب خلال 48 ساعة.

وقال قائد مقر خاتم الأنبياء المركزي اللواء علي عبد اللهي علي آبادي، في بيان إن تهديد ترامب "تصرف عاجز ومتوتر وغير متزن وغبي".

ورد على قول ترامب إنه "تبقى 48 ساعة قبل أن ينزل عليهم الجحيم!" في إشارة إلى إيران، قائلا "أبواب الجحيم ستُفتح لكم".
