انطلاق برنامج الجوجيتسو في مركز شباب وشابات البترا

انطلقت في مركز شباب وشابات البترا فعاليات برنامج الجوجيتسو، بالشراكة مع الاتحاد الأردني للجوجيتسو، والذي تنفذه وزارة الشباب ضمن حزمة البرامج التدريبية في المراكز الشبابية، وضمن مشروع تنمية الشباب أحد مشاريع السفارة الأمريكية في عمّان، بمشاركة 20 شابًا من منتسبي المركز.

ويهدف البرنامج إلى تعزيز الانضباط واللياقة البدنية والثقة بالنفس، وتطوير المهارات الذهنية والحركية لدى الشباب، إلى جانب اكتشاف المواهب وصقلها ضمن بيئة تدريبية منظمة وآمنة.

وتضمنت التدريبات الأولى تعريف المشاركين ببرنامج الجوجيتسو، ونشأة اللعبة وقوانينها، إضافة إلى تنفيذ تمارين لياقة بدنية للتهيئة.
