البيت الأبيض يطلب موازنة دفاعية قدرها 1,5 تريليون دولار في خضم الحرب مع إيران

طلب البيت الأبيض من الكونغرس الجمعة الموافقة على موازنة دفاعية ضخمة قدرها 1,5 تريليون دولار للعام المقبل، وذلك في خضم الحرب مع إيران.

وجاء في الطلب أن "الموازنة تستند إلى إجمالي الإنفاق الدفاعي التاريخي لعام 2026 والبالغ تريليون دولار، وتطلب 1,5 تريليون دولار من إجمالي موارد الميزانية لعام 2027". وأضاف أن ذلك "يمثّل زيادة قدرها 445 مليار دولار، أو 42%، عن إجمالي مستوى الموارد لعام 2026".

وستكون هذه الزيادة الإجمالية الأكبر على أساس سنوي منذ الحرب العالمية الثانية، وفق وسائل إعلام أميركية.
