تأهل فريق الإنجليزية إلى الدور نصف النهائي من دوري كرة السلة، بعد فوزه على فريق الوحدات بنتيجة (89-88)، في مباراة جمعتهما اليوم الثلاثاء، على صالة الأمير حمزة في مدينة الحسين للشباب، ضمن منافسات الدور ربع النهائي.

وجاء اللقاء متقارباً ومتكافئاً حتى لحظاته الأخيرة، حيث تبادل الفريقان التقدم، قبل أن يحسم الإنجليزية النتيجة بفارق نقطة واحدة، في مواجهة اتسمت بالإثارة والندية العالية.

وبهذه النتيجة، حسم الإنجليزية سلسلة ربع النهائي بنتيجة (2-1)، ليواجه فريق الفيصلي في الدور نصف النهائي، فيما أنهى فريق الوحدات مشاركته في البطولة عند هذه المرحلة.
