كاتس: إسرائيل ستحتل أجزاء من جنوب لبنان حتى بعد الحرب

أعلن وزير الدفاع الإسرائيلي يسرائيل كاتس، الثلاثاء، أن الجيش الإسرائيلي سيُبقي سيطرته على مساحة واسعة من جنوب لبنان حتى بعد انتهاء الحرب الحالية ضد حزب الله.

وقال كاتس في بيان مصور نشرته وزارته "مع انتهاء العملية، سيُقيم الجيش الإسرائيلي منطقة أمنية داخل لبنان، على خط دفاعي ضد الصواريخ المضادة للدبابات، وسيُحكم سيطرته الأمنية على المنطقة بأكملها حتى نهر الليطاني"، في عمق يمتد لمسافة تناهز 30 كيلومترا عن الحدود.

وأضاف كاتس أن مئات الآلاف من النازحين اللبنانيين "سيُمنعون منعا باتا" من العودة إلى بيوتهم إلى حين ضمان الأمن، قائلا "سيتم هدم جميع المنازل في القرى المتاخمة للحدود في لبنان، على غرار نموذج رفح وبيت حانون في غزة".
