أعلن جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي مساء الخميس مقتل أحد جنوده "في القتال" في جنوب لبنان، هو الثاني الذي يعلنه في ساعات قليلة.

وجاء في بيان للجيش "إن الرقيب أفيعاد الحنان فولانسكي، البالغ 21 عاما، من مدينة القدس المحتلة، العنصر في الكتيبة 77 التابعة للواء السابع، سقط في القتال في جنوب لبنان".

ويرتفع بذلك إلى أربعة عدد الجنود الذين قُتلوا منذ الثاني من آذار/مارس حين تجددت المواجهات بين إسرائيل وحزب الله المدعوم من إيران. وقد أعلنت إسرائيل نيتها احتلال المنطقة الواقعة جنوب نهر الليطاني في جنوب لبنان لإعادة فرض منطقة عازلة آمنة هناك.
