بحث جلالة الملك عبدﷲ الثاني خلال اتصال هاتفي مع رئيس وزراء إثيوبيا آبي أحمد، الخميس، مجمل المستجدات الإقليمية.

وأكد جلالته أهمية تكثيف الجهود الدولية لخفض التصعيد في المنطقة عبر الحوار والقنوات الدبلوماسية، مشددا على ضرورة وقف الاعتداءات الإيرانية على الدول العربية.

من جانبه، أدان رئيس الوزراء الإثيوبي الهجمات الإيرانية على الأردن وعدد من دول المنطقة، والتي تشكل انتهاكا لسيادة الدول.

كما أعرب جلالة الملك عن تعازيه بضحايا الانهيارات الأرضية والفيضانات بمنطقة غامو في إثيوبيا، متمنيا الشفاء العاجل للمصابين.
