أوعز وزير الإدارة المحلية، المهندس وليد المصري، لجميع البلديات ومجالس الخدمات بضرورة نشر أرقام هواتف غرف الطوارئ وتفعيل منصات تلقي الشكاوى، وذلك مع تأثر المملكة بالحالة الجوية السائدة.

وشدد المصري، صباح اليوم الخميس، على أهمية المعالجة الفورية لأي بلاغات ميدانية ترد من المواطنين إن وجدت، ودلك لضمان استدامة الخدمات والحفاظ على السلامة العامة.

?ووجّه الوزير بضرورة تعزيز التنسيق بين جميع المؤسسات الخدمية والحكام الإداريين، إلى جانب كوادر الأشغال العامة والدفاع المدني، لتوحيد الجهود في الميدان، مبينا أن سرعة الاستجابة والجاهزية العالية هما الركيزة الأساسية للتعامل مع الظروف الجوية الطارئة، وتلافي أي معوقات قد تؤثر على سير الحياة اليومية في مختلف المحافظات.
