البريد الأردني يحذر من رسائل مزيفة تنتحل اسمه

حذرت شركة البريد الاردني المواطنين من رسائل نصية أو ايميلات تحمل شعار البريد الأردني تصل الى هواتفهم تدعي أنها صادرة عن الشركة وتفيد بوجود نقص في معلومات التسليم او عدم القدرة على تسليم الشحنة (الطرد) لفقدان العنوان او طلب تعديل البيانات

وأكدت الشركة في بيان اليوم الأحد ، أن البريد الأردني لا يرسل مثل هذه الرسائل ولا يطلب أي معلومات مالية عبر الرسائل النصية والايميلات وعمليات الدفع لاتتم الا عبر إي فواتيركم أو عند التسليم .

وأوضحت الشركة أنها تقدمت ببلاغات إلى وحدة الجرائم الإلكترونية في مديرية الأمن العام لكشف مصادر الرسائل الواردة سواء كانت من داخل الأردن أو الخارج واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة.

وشدد البريد الأردني على ضرورة تجاهل وحذف أي رسالة من هذا النوع، وعدم التعامل معها بأي شكل من الأشكال وضرورة التأكد من صحة الرسائل عن طريق الاتصال بخدمة العملاء بشركة البريد الأردني على الرقم
