احتجت وزارة الخارجية الروسية، اليوم، لدى السفير الإسرائيلي في موسكو على استهداف صحفيي قناة "روسيا اليوم" خلال تغطيتهم الميدانية في لبنان، مبينة أنه تم استدعاء السفير الإسرائيلي في موسكو وإبلاغه الاحتجاج الروسي بشكل رسمي.

ودعت الخارجية الروسية في بيان صحفي السلطات الإسرائيلية إلى فتح تحقيق عاجل وشفاف في ملابسات إصابة طاقم قناة "روسيا اليوم" ومحاسبة المسؤولين عن الحادث، مع اتخاذ إجراءات صارمة لضمان عدم تكرار استهداف الصحفيين في مناطق النزاع.
