أكدت شركة الحوسبة الصحية بأن "نظام حكيم" عاد للعمل كالمعتاد، مقدمة اعتذارها إزاء العطل الفني الذي طرأ على النظام في عدد من المنشآت الصحية التابعة لوزارة الصحة خلال فترة صباح اليوم، وما قد يكون ترتب عليه من تأثير على سير العمل والخدمات الصحية المقدمة في وزارة الصحة.

وأضافت الشركة في بيان، أنها قامت بالتعامل مع هذا العطل بشكل فوري، حيث باشرت الفرق الفنية المختصة باتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة ومعالجة الخلل، والعمل على تنفيذ التحديثات التقنية المطلوبة لضمان استقرار النظام وتعزيز كفاءته.
