توفي ثلاثة أشخاص من عائلة واحدة، وهم أب يبلغ من العمر 29 عاما، ووالدته (55 عاما)، وطفله البالغ 6 سنوات، إثر حادث تدهور مركبة على الطريق الصحراوي، بعد جسر المدينة السكنية في منطقة الحسا باتجاه الجنوب.

وأسفر الحادث أيضا عن إصابة أربعة أشخاص آخرين، بينهم أطفال، حيث تعرضوا لجروح ورضوض وُصفت حالتهم العامة بالمتوسطة.

وبحسب المصادر، فقد وقع الحادث نتيجة تدهور المركبة واصطدامها بأحد أعمدة الإنارة، فيما تعاملت فرق الإسعاف والإنقاذ مع الموقع، وقامت بإخلاء الوفيات ونقل المصابين إلى المستشفى لتلقي العلاج اللازم.
