أحبطت المنطقة العسكرية الجنوبية، مساء أمس الإثنين، محاولة تهريب كمية من المواد المخدرة بواسطة طائرة مسيّرة (درون) على واجهتها الغربية، إذ جرى تطبيق قواعد الاشتباك بعد رصدها من قِبل قوات حرس الحدود وإسقاطها داخل الأراضي الأردنية، وتم تحويل المضبوطات بالتنسيق مع الأجهزة الأمنية العسكرية وإدارة مكافحة المخدرات للجهات المختصة.
