أصدرت المحكمة الدستورية، اليوم الأحد، حكماً يقضي برد الطعن بعدم دستورية " تفسير المحاكم" للمادتين (3و10) من قانون رسوم طوابع الواردات رقم (20) لسنة 2001.

وبينت المحكمة أن حكمها جاء لعدم اختصاصها ولائياً بالرقابة على تفسير المحاكم للقوانين، كما أنها غير مختصة بالرقابة على دستورية التعليمات.

ولفتت إلى أنَّ اختصاصها في الرقابة ينحصر على دستورية القوانين والأنظمة النافذة فقط وفق المادة 59 من الدستور والمادة 4 من قانون المحكمة الدستورية.
