قال الرئيس الصربي ألكسندر فوتشيتش، السبت، إن التعاون العسكري مع إسرائيل سيستمر، وأن البلدين سيواصلان بيع الأسلحة لبعضهما البعض.

وأضاف في تصريح صحفي خلال زيارته لمنطقة سميديريفسكا بالانكا، أن علاقات بلاده ودية مع كل من إسرائيل والدول العربية.

وأكد على متانة علاقات بلاده مع إسرائيل قائلا: "يبيعون لنا الأسلحة، ونحن نبيعهم الأسلحة، هذا التعاون سيستمر".

وأشار فوتشيتش، إلى شراء بلاده لبعض الأنظمة من إسرائيل لتحديث الجيش الصربي، وأن هذه الأنظمة سيتم التعريف بها في المستقبل.

وتابع أن بلاده ستواصل تعزيز قدراتها الدفاعية، ولا تنوي مهاجمة أي جهة، قائلا "واجبي هو حماية البلاد وتعزيز دفاعاتها".
