دانت السلطات الأمنية العراقية بشدة التطور الخطير وغير المسبوق، المتمثل في الضربات الموجهة داخل الأحياء السكنية المكتظة في العاصمة بغداد.

وأكدت خلية الإعلام الأمني العراقي في بيان اليوم السبت، أن هذا النهج يمثل خرقا فاضحا لكل القيم الإنسانية ونسفا لكل المواثيق الدولية.

وأكدت السلطات الأمنية العراقية أن أي ذريعة تساق لتبرير استهداف الأفراد في عمق المناطق السكنية هي ذريعة باطلة قانونا وأخلاقا، وإن تحويل منازل الآمنين وأزقتهم إلى مسارح للعمليات العسكرية هي جريمة مكتملة الأركان تهدف إلى كسر الإرادة وترويع الأبرياء، مشددة على أن الاعتداء على المواطن داخل محيطه السكني يصنف “جريمة دولية”.
