فاز فريق الحسين على نظيره البقعة، بنتيجة 5-1، في المباراة التي انتهت منتصف ليلة الأربعاء، على ستاد الحسن بمدينة اربد، في اللقاء المؤجل من الأسبوع التاسع عشر من دوري المحترفين لكرة القدم.

وتقدم فريق البقعة اولا عن طريق خالد صياحين قبل أن يسجل يوسف ابو جلبوش التعادل لفريقه 32، ثم سجل رزق بني هاني هدف التقدم، قبل أن يعزز زميله عارف الحاج النتيجة في الدقيقة 49، وعاد ابو جلبوش ليسجل الهدف الرابع، فيما نجح بعدها بدقيقتين علي حجبي بتسجيل الهدف الخامس لفريقه.

وبهذه النتيجة رفع فريق الحسين إربد رصيده إلى 40 نقطة في صدارة الترتيب بفارق الأهداف عن الفيصلي، فيما تجمد رصيد البقعة عند 21 نقطة في المركز السابع.
