حقق فريق الحسين فوزاً كبيراُ على ضيفه البقعة ٥-١، في لقاء مؤجل من الأسبوع التاسع عشر لدوري المحترفين لكرة القدم.

اللقاء الذي جرى مساء الأربعاء على ستاد الحسن بإربد شهدت بدايته إنطلاقة قوية للبقعة الذي تقدم عبر خالد صياحين(٩)،قبل أن يرد الحسين بواسطة يوسف أبو جلبوش(٣٢)، لينتهي الشوط الأول بتعادل الكفتين.

وفي الشوط الثاني أحرز البديل رزق بني هاني هدف التقدم(٤٦)، ثم أضاف عارف الحاج الهدف الثالث(٤٨)، الذي اتبعه أبو جلبوش بالرابع(٥٦) وأختتم علي الحجبي مهرجان الأهداف (٦٠).

ورفع الحسين الذي لعب مبارتين أقل رصيده إلى ٤٠ نقطة ليتقدم للمركز الأول ويشارك الفيصلي الصدارة، فيما تجمد رصيد البقعة عند(٢١) وبقي في المركز السابع.
