"الضمان" تنفي التعاقد مع شقيق أحد الوزراء ضمن لجنة محاميها

نفى الناطق الإعلامي باسم الضمان الاجتماعي شامان المجالي، الثلاثاء، وجود شقيق لأحد الوزراء ضمن المحامين الذين تعاقدت معهم المؤسسة للترافع عنها في الدعاوى المقامة منها أو عليها.

وأضاف المجالي، الذي يشغل أيضا منصب مساعد المدير العام، في تصريح لـ"الرأي"، أن التعاقد مع المحامين يتم من خلال لجنة تشكل لهذه الغاية، مقابل مبلغ سنوي مقطوع للدعاوى النظامية، ومبلغ آخر لكل دعوى إدارية.
