بحث وفد وزاري مع نائب وزير الطاقة الأميركي، جيمس دانلي، سبل تعزيز التعاون الثنائي والفرص الاستثمارية في قطاع الطاقة، وفقًا لما نشرته سفيرة الأردن لدى واشنطن دينا قعوار على حسابها في موقع "إكس".

وبحسب قعوار، جاء اللقاء تأكيدًا على متانة العلاقات بين الحكومة الأردنية ووزارة الطاقة الأميركية.

وناقش الوفد الفرص الاستثمارية في قطاع الطاقة والتنقيب عن الغاز والتعدين والعناصر الحيوية، والربط المتعلق بالطاقة ضمن الممر الاقتصادي.

وضم الوفد وزير الاقتصاد الرقمي والريادة سامي سميرات، ووزيرة التخطيط والتعاون الدولي زينة طوقان، ووزير الدولة للشؤون الاقتصادية مهند شحادة.
