حذرت المفوضية الأوروبية اليوم الإثنين من أن الحرب المستمرة في الشرق الأوسط تهدد الاقتصاد العالمي بصدمة تضخمية.

وبحسب وكالة (يورونيوز) الأوروبية، قال المفوض الأوروبي للاقتصاد والإنتاجية، فالديس دومبروفكيس، "إذا استمرت الحرب الى ما لا نهاية مع اضطرابات في الملاحة البحرية في مضيق هرمز وهجمات على البنى التحتية للطاقة في دول الخليج، فقد تؤدي في نهاية المطاف الى صدمة تضخمية كبيرة تصيب الاقتصاد العالمي والأوروبي".

وأضاف دومبروفيكس، إن الاتحاد الأوروبي يراقب الوضع عن كثب ويستعد لاتخاذ إجراءات لضمان أمن إمدادات الطاقة ومواجهة أي ارتفاع محتمل في الأسعار.
