قالت وزارة المياه والري / سلطة المياه ان كوادرها في وحدة الرقابة الداخلية و مديرية الاحواض المائية والمشاغل المركزية وبالتعاون مع وزارة الداخلية و كوادر الامن العام ضبطت حفارة مخالفة تقوم بحفر بئر مخالف في المفرق -داخل غرفة مغلقة بالطوب ضمن الحملات التفتيشية المستمرة لحملة احكام السيطرة على مصادر المياه ،حيث تم حجز الحفارة وردم البئر من قبل الكوادر الفنية وحجز الحفارة المخالفة لدى مديرية المشاغل المركزية في سلطة المياه وتنظيم الضبوطات الخاصة بالواقعة لاستكمال التحقيق وتطبيق احكام القانون واحالتها للمحكمة .
