غوتيريش: الوضع في الشرق الاوسط قد يخرج عن السيطرة

حذر الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أنطونيو غوتيريش، اليوم الجمعة، من أن الوضع في الشرق الأوسط قد يخرج عن نطاق سيطرة أي أحد.

وقال غوتيريش في بيان صحفي، إن جميع الهجمات غير القانونية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وخارجها تتسبب في معاناة وأضرار هائلة للمدنيين في أنحاء المنطقة، وتمثل خطرًا جسيمًا على الاقتصاد الدولي وخاصة بالنسبة للأشخاص الأكثر ضعفًا.

وأضاف، أن الوقت قد حان لوقف القتال والتوجه نحو مفاوضات دبلوماسية جادة، مشيرا إلى أن المخاطر لا يمكن أن تكون أكبر مما هي عليه في الوقت الحالي.
